Before you ask

Is my financial data safe?

Yes. Everything is stored on EU servers with encrypted backups, GDPR-compliant. Your data is never shared with anyone — it's yours, full stop.

Do I need to install anything?

No. QuidBot lives in a chat you already know how to use. Send photos, PDFs and your monthly bank statement — that's the entire "software".

My bank isn't Revolut. Does it work?

Almost certainly yes. Starling, Monzo, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander — any bank that exports a CSV statement works. Adding a new bank takes minutes.

What if I lose a receipt?

No drama. The bank transaction is still recorded, marked "bank statement as evidence". Add the receipt later if it turns up — the books stay balanced either way.

What if I switch accountants?

You get a complete handover package: the workbook, the full receipts archive and your categorisation rules. Any accountant can pick it up in minutes.
